How to use anche in Italian
Anche is an adverb (it modifies a verb) that can be translated into English as “too”, “also” or “as well”.

Anche in Italian: Usage
Unlike the English adverb “too”, anche is never used at the end of a sentence. You’ll find it just before the action or the person to whom it is related.
Federico non è solo gentile, ma anche onesto.
Federico is not only kind but also honest.
Anche tu vai a letto tardi la sera?
Do you also go to bed late at night?
Anche Jim verrà alla festa.
Jim’s coming to the party, too.
Another popular synonym for anche is pure, but it’s less commonly used.
Questa regola vale pure per te.
